This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between you and Adaptensor, Inc., an Arkansas corporation with its principal place of business in Cove, Arkansas, USA, operating the brand Aviation Laser Services through the website aviation.featherpulse.com. References to "we," "us," or "Aviation Laser Services" mean Adaptensor, Inc. acting through that brand.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you fill out a contact or quote form, register equipment, place an order, sign up for our newsletter, participate in our community forums, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include name, business name, business email, business phone, role, shipping/billing address, equipment serial numbers, and any details you include in free-text fields.

We collect technical information automatically through the site, including IP address, device and browser characteristics, pages viewed, referring URL, and interaction events. We use cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.

For purchases, payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. and is not retained on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes, demos, and customer support;
  • Process and fulfill orders, including shipping, taxes, and warranty;
  • Send transactional messages (order updates, safety notices, recalls);
  • Send marketing communications you have not opted out of;
  • Operate, secure, and improve our products, websites, and services;
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unsafe use of our equipment.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK Visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (orders, quotes, support), legitimate interests (site security, B2B marketing to business contacts, analytics), consent (cookies that are not strictly necessary, optional marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations—including hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), customer-relationship and lead-management systems operated by Adaptensor, Inc. ("AdaptSales"), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Vercel Analytics), and shipping carriers;
  • Affiliates—the Aviation Laser Services brand is operated by Adaptensor, Inc. and personal information may be shared between brand teams within Adaptensor, Inc. to serve you across our offerings;
  • In a corporate transaction—such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale—subject to a confidentiality agreement;
  • To comply with law—if required by subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use first-party and third-party cookies for essential site functionality (session, security, CSRF), preferences, and aggregate analytics. You can refuse cookies through your browser settings; some site features may then not function correctly. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our offerings, comply with legal and tax obligations (typically up to seven years for U.S. tax records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We retain warranty and equipment-registration records for the life of the equipment plus applicable statutes of repose.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS-encrypted transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and audit logging. No internet or storage system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to (a) access the personal information we hold about you, (b) request correction of inaccurate information, (c) request deletion, subject to our retention obligations, (d) object to or restrict certain processing, (e) port your data, (f) withdraw consent for processing based on consent, and (g) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact us at jamie@aviationlaser.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children

Our offerings are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and operate our infrastructure here. If you access our site or contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your home jurisdiction.
