Every FP-300 FeatherPulse laser includes warranty coverage. Log in to the Customer Portal to submit a claim.
Warranty Coverage
- ✓The FP-300 laser source, cleaning head, and control electronics are covered for manufacturing defects.
- ✓Claims must be submitted through the Customer Portal with your registered serial number.
- ✓Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear on consumable parts (lenses, etc.).
- ✓Replacement parts for items not covered by warranty are available through our Parts Store.
