Usage and safety instructions Before installing and using this product, please read this manual carefully. If you have any questions about this manual, please contact the technicians for help.
1. Safety Operating Instructions
● Please follow all safety instructions regarding the use of the laser (including but not limited to the instructions regarding the use of the laser, galvanometer, software, control card, reminders and related contents in this manual).
● Note, Please turn on the laser power after turning on the system control power. Otherwise, the equipment operator may be at risk of injury due to uncontrollable laser beam deflection.
2. Customer's Responsibility for safety and use
● Laser cleaning uses laser as a heat source to vaporize impurities on the workpiece surface, which poses a risk of laser injury to personnel. Therefore, all safety instructions related to the laser processing system should be understood and implemented by the user. The user must strictly abide by the relevent safety operating rules and be responsible for the safe use of the laser system used.
● Safety rules may vary from country or region to region, and the user is responsible for complying with all local safety operating regulations.

● Before processing the workpiece, please carefully check whether the welding system is operating normally. Software errors may cause the system to stop responding. In this case, the laser may be uncontrollable, which will increase the risk of laser damage.
● When storing and using this cleaning system, please avoid moisture, dust, corrosion and impact from foreign objects.
● When storing and using this cleaning system, please avoid the influence of magnetic fields, static electricity, electromagnetic radiation, and strong electric power sources.
● Static electricity is likely to damage the precision electronic components on the circuit board. Please be sure to use antistatic packaging bags to store the relevent external control cards. When installing, please wear well-grounded antistatic protective gloves or wrist straps.
● During installation, the signal cables and power cables of this system must be routed at a sufficient distance from the high-voltage cables and servo power cables of other systems.
● The shielding layers of the signal lines and power lines of this system must be well grounded to avoid interference to the signal lines and power lines.
● Before using this equipment system, please ensure that there are no flammable or explosive items within a radius of 10 meters. Please drive away irrelevant personnel within a radius of 10 meters. Users must be trained by the

manufacturer before operating the equipment.
● Please ensure that the system is stored in an environment between -20 and +60 C. The normal working environment temperature is 25 C 10 C. : Attention :
● Before turning on the laser, make sure there are no flammable or explosive items in the surrounding environment.
● In order to effectively carry out equipment commissioning, installation, training and guidance, and successfully complete the handover of equipment production and operation, please check the machine accessories during disassembly and installation.
● During use, the light outlet of the cleaning head must not be directed at people or objects to avoid accidental laser damage. The machine is shipped in a wooden box. Please check the packaging for damage when unpacking (the wooden box contains a complete machine and tool box). If any damage or missing parts are found, please send us photos and videos of the site first.

● Scanning width X: the width of the cleaning head scanning track, 0.01 350.00mm (limited by the field lens)
● Scanning width Y: the width of the cleaning head scanning track, 0.01 350.00mm (limited by the field lens)
● Scanning speed: the speed of the cleaning head scanning track, 0 60000mm/s (different tracks have different speed limits)
● Filling type: the type of elliptical filling and rectangular filling lines
● Filling interval: the interval between filling lines, the denser the filling, the better the cleaning effect, but the lower the efficiency.
● Filling angle: the inclination angle of the filling line, which can be set in conjunction with the "rotation angle" parameter.
● Rotation angle: the overall rotation angle of the scanned figure (excluding the filling line angle).
● Phase shift: the phase shift speed of the sine line.
● Sine series: the density series of the sine wave line.

● Power: Controls the power output of the laser 0~100%
● Duty cycle: Controls the laser switching light in pulse mode (valid for continuous laser)
● Frequency: For continuous laser, it is used in conjunction with the duty cycle. When the duty cycle is 100%, this parameter does not work. For pulse laser, this parameter is set according to the laser power reduction frequency parameter table
● Pulse width: Pulse laser supports this parameter to control the pulse width of the laser. This parameter is set according to the laser power reduction frequency parameter table
● Advance air blowing: The advance time of the air gate relative to the opening of the light
● Delayed air closing: The delay time of the air gate relative to the closing of the light
